Goalie Sessions return starting September 13 at Hollydell Ice Rink from 4:50 to 5:50.  Group size is limited 6 to 8 goalies with a 3:1 ratio.  Cost: $40 per session

Morning workout sessions at Endeavor
6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Tuesdays through Fridays
Sign-up for 3 sessions and pay for only 1 ($50)
Come work out with the champion of goalie instructors

Private sessions are available in half hour increments for $50.  Sessions on the trainer ice are beneficial in many ways.  The student receives 1-on-1 instruction.  Trainer ice workouts are excellent for building leg strength while working on technique.
